Disclaimer

The purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility for the use of all items purchased from Class 1 Motorsports. Modification of your vehicle or UTV may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Class 1 Motorsports strongly recommends that all products only be installed by trained professionals.

Warranty

Class 1 Motorsports is committed to selling high quality products. However, we do offer a 6 month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is limited to the item cost and excludes any incidental damage. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable to subsequent owners of the product. Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by lack of maintenance, misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, crash damage, improper installation or operation, or any failure caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. All parts used in a competitive racing environment are excluded from this warranty. Return shipping charges will apply. Any part for which a warranty replacement is sought must be returned to Class 1 Motorsports before any replacement items can be shipped. Please contact us with questions.

Returns

We do accept returns within thirty (30) days of the product ship date. We do not refund shipping charges. The item must be in the original condition. A 20% restocking fee may apply. All returns must be authorized by Class 1 Motorsports. Please email info@class1motorsports.com prior to returning the product. Refunds will take up to 15 business days from receipt. 

Shipping

We will do our best to ship your products in a timely manner. Please allow 1-3 days for processing, even for expedited shipping. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our shop. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or lost goods, should be reported to the carrier.
