This Hammack Bros GM 1 Wire Alternator conversion kit for the Kawasaki KRX 1000 enables you to convert the factory Kawasaki alternator kit to run a GM 1 wire alternator which can be found at almost any auto parts store instead of the hard to find Kawasaki alternator. You can also run a higher amperage alt if needed. On race cars with radio/intercom, pumpers, lights and fans running you’re using more power than the Kawasaki alternator can provide.
