If your steering rack mount cracks or the nuts strip or break loose, our mount will fix those issues. Our mount has nuts welded to the back side that will accept factory bolts. The mount is made from .090 4130 chromoly with a .090 doubler plate welded on to reinforce the mounting holes.

Install
1)Cut the old mount off the chassis(see pictures) and clean paint for welding the new mount on. You'll cut along the sides and bottom of the factory mount, you'll also cut across the three webs around the top bolt hole. We use either a 4.5" grinder with a cutoff wheel or a die grinder with a cut off wheel.
2)Line new mount up on chassis, tack mount in place, double check fitment, weld out mount.
3)Paint new mount, reinstall steering rack and go rip!
